PROJECT PROCEDURE:

A. Please ask all initial questions by email.

B. One you have decided you are ready to begin your project, a 50% deposit of cost of your project and project request form submission is required in order to start production. Both these steps can be taken here on our website. Click here for (deposit/payment) click here to fill out (project request form)

We can not discuss design concepts or begin your project untill first payment is made.

C. Once we have receive payment, we will send you a confirmation email and request a date of your availability to set up a phone consultation (optional). Consultation can also be done by email.

 D. In consultation we will discuss design concept/ideas questions you may have, estimated turnaround time/completion date. 

Turnaround estimate: Turnaround varies, many factors play in to a projects turnaround, such as our current workload, degree of difficulty for the project's, customer revisions ,and time between sent samples and customer feedback.

  • Web Design 2-3 weeks
  • Album Cover- 1-2 weeks
  • Splash Pg. 3-4 days
  • LetterHead 1-2 days
  • Flyer 2-3 days
  • Business Cards 2-3 days 
F. What if I don't like my project?
One free revision is allowed upon disliking of project 1st submission. How ever there will be additional fees ($25.00 for print) and ($75.00 web) for any revisions after that. There is no charge for type or grammatical errors.
G. Project Completion
Once the final sample is approved, 2nd half payment is due to complete the order and release files.
H. Upon receiving the final payment:
1. For Print files: We will email high resolution to files in your desired file formats or final product can be picked up during appointed office hrs.
2. For Websites: We will upload the site to your server.
